I made a batch of macadamia mozzarella last night for the first time using this recipe. I was planning to have it with the red pepper sauce the recipe suggested, but the red pepper sauce turned out horrible! I'm new to raw vegan food, so would love some other recipes involving the cheese.
Today I had it with zucchini and carrot noodles, basil, olive oil, garlic and sundried tomatoes (delicious!). I'm looking for dishes with a similar degree of difficulty and amount of ingredients, ideally. I have a food processor, blender and spiralizer. (No dehydrator, so no crackers!)
What are your favourite ways to eat macadamia cheese? Thanks so much. :)
